Bringing together academia, industry, and innovation ecosystems to explore healthier and more sustainable environments for the future.
IWC Management and Singrass Global recently visited the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) for an exchange session focused on sustainable campus development, indoor environmental quality (IEQ), and environmental health innovation. The visit brought together representatives from academia and industry to explore practical approaches for creating healthier and more sustainable built environments.

During the visit, the team toured various areas across the SIT campus and exchanged perspectives on environmental quality management, sustainability practices, and emerging opportunities for innovation. Discussions included the role of environmental monitoring, healthy indoor environments, and the integration of sustainability initiatives into educational and operational settings.
The delegation also explored how institutions can leverage technology and environmental data to enhance occupant well-being, improve operational outcomes, and support broader sustainability objectives. Particular attention was given to the growing importance of indoor environmental quality as organizations seek to create healthier spaces for learning, working, and collaboration.

The discussions further highlighted the value of cross-sector collaboration in addressing emerging environmental and sustainability challenges. Through the Chimeira ecosystem, IWC facilitates connections between industry expertise, institutional partners, and innovation platforms, helping to bridge ideas, resources, and implementation capabilities across diverse sectors. This collaborative approach enables organizations to move beyond isolated initiatives and toward integrated solutions that create measurable and lasting impact.
The exchange also underscored the increasing convergence of sustainability, environmental health, and operational excellence. As organizations continue to prioritize environmental performance and human well-being, innovative solutions that combine technology, infrastructure, and practical implementation are expected to play an increasingly important role across educational institutions, workplaces, and public environments.
IWC Management and Singrass Global look forward to exploring future collaboration opportunities with SIT and other ecosystem partners to advance sustainable development, environmental innovation, and healthy built environments across Singapore and the region.
