Recognized as one of the world’s premier gatherings of medtech investors, LSI ASIA brought together over hundreds of industry leaders, innovators, and capital allocators from across the healthcare and life sciences ecosystem. Mark joined a panel of leading U.S. family office specialists to discuss “The Evolving Role of Family Offices in Healthcare Investment,” offering insights into capital deployment strategies, intergenerational wealth planning, and sustainable innovation in medical technology.
Mark’s invitation to LSI highlights his decades of experience managing family office portfolios and directing cross-border investments in growth-stage medtech companies. Previously the founder of Pureland Global Venture, Mark has led investments across North America, Asia, and Europe, with a particular focus on scaling disruptive healthcare technologies from manufacturing through commercialization.

Mark holds a BBA from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant and CPA in Canada. He also completed the Executive Program in Strategy for Healthcare Delivery at Harvard Business School.
